Important

  Artwork must be high resolution (300 dpi) and pre-sized to scale.

  Acceptable file formats are illustrator EPS, AI, PDF, high resolution JPG or   TIFF (Mac format preferred). "Camera Ready" artwork is also accepted;   photocopies and facsimilies are NOT acceptable as camera ready art.

   If you do not have artwork or your artwork needs adjustments, additional   artwork fees may apply.
