Shipping:

Returns:

All products in this on-line catalog are free of defects in material and workmanship and perform the function for which they were designed. If upon examination or first use, a product is found to be defective, contact us with the details. Any item that is returned must be in its original condition, with its original shipping box and all documentation. Items which have been abused, or used for work for which they were not intended, will not be replaced or credited. Merchandise may not be returned without a return authorization number. Most of our items have a factory warranty, however each warranty is different. 15% restocking fee on returns applies. All returns must be made within 10 days from receipt of product.

Saturday Delivery by 12:00 noon or 1:30 p.m (Please call our customer service department directly for a rate quote if you need Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is extra and we cannot  process Saturday delivery orders over the web).

Some shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and certain locations require additional time in transit.

All International and Canadian orders are shipped via: USPS Airmail Parcel Post. Please Call 1-800-243-6144 to place international orders. Orders with destination points in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be shipped via UPS Second Day or UPS Next Day and additional charges may apply. All International shipments are subject to duty and taxes incurred by the government.

Due to government regulations, lithium batteries can not be shipped on passenger aircraft. All orders for lithium batteries must be shipped by UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day Air.
